During my 10+ years at Old Navy, I led teams across 2 stores for 5+ years, including a flagship, leading various initiatives to drive sales growth and optimize store operations while keeping the customer experience as a priority. During this time I learned the importance of digging through store performance data to find key insights to make data-driven decisions.
Over the years, I've developed interest in data analytics. It has, throughout my career, given me tools to get better insights and have better data-driven decision-making. Currently following online courses and building side projects to improve my skills.
